Pool Rules
The undersigned resident hereto agrees to the following rules terms and conditions for M.R.E. Recreational facilities, and the herein prescribed use and handling of keys for the facilities:
- No Diving
- No Dogs allowed on the pool deck or in the pool.
- No Food
- No use of Grills on the pool dec or in the fenced area. Grill should not be used on common area.
- No running or horseplay at the pool
- The ENTRY Key is also required to EXIT the Pool Area and Tennis Courts
- Only Residents and Guests are permitted to use the recreational facilities
- Guests must be accompanied by Residents
- Children under 13 must be accompanied by an adult
- Anyone in the pool area without a valid pool key or unaccompanied by a resident is trespassing and subject to arrest and prosecution under applicable laws
- No alcohol is allowed within this area
- No smoking is allowed within this area
- Bicycles, skateboards, and pets are not permitted at the pool or on the playing courts
- Use pool at your own risk
- Pool hours are from 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM
- Please read and obey all signs posted in the recreation areas
- Please call GPD at (352) 995-1818 to report trespassers or suspicious activities
Residents desiring to use the recreational facilities for parties, on a non-exclusive basis, must coordinate their activities with Watson Reality. Residents are also responsible for the behavior of their guests, damages that may occur, and the prompt (next day) cleanup of the facilities. Failure to clean the facility will result in the occupant being charged a cleanup fee for hiring a commercial cleaning agent. Please limit your guests to no more than 30.
THERE WILL BE A $100 CHARGE TO REPLACE KEYS THAT ARE LOST OR STOLEN. WHEN A HOME IS SOLD, THE RIGHTS TO THE KEY AND USE OF M.R.E. FACILITIES ARE TERMINATED FOR THE SELLER, AND THE KEY MUST BE PASSED ON TO NEW OWNERS. IF THEY ARE NOT PASSED ON, NEW OWNERS WILL BE REQUIRED TO PAY THE $100 REPLACEMENT CHARGE TO OBTAIN THEIR KEY.
